I build the system that answers every lead in minutes.

A website, a Google Ads account, and an automation wired together, running from the first click to the booked job. Built by one person, live in 30 days.

Book a 30 minute call

No pitch. Tell me what is broken, or what you keep doing by hand, and I will tell you what I would do about it.

  1. Capture
  2. Qualify and route
  3. Quote
  4. Book

From a home services company in Atlanta to a general contractor with $7.5 billion in transactions behind it.

Where the money actually goes

A lead fills in your form at 2pm. Nobody sees it until 7. By then he has called two other companies.

A quote takes three days because it waits on someone to sit down and write it.

A call comes in at 6pm on a Friday. Nobody picks up. He does not call back on Monday.

None of this is a people problem. Nobody built the machinery.

One system, from the first click to the booked job

Not a website, not an ads account, not an automation. The three of them wired together, which is the only version that still works at 9pm on a Saturday.

  1. Capture

Broken: Money leaves every month. You cannot say which calls it bought.

Built: Google Ads built from zero, conversion tracking that fires on real submissions, a Google Business Profile that is actually filled in, and a website built to turn a visitor into a phone call.

  2. Qualify and route

Broken: Every inquiry lands in one inbox and waits for a person to open it.

Built: Leads are read, sorted, and answered in under five minutes, then sent to whoever should actually handle them.

  3. Quote

Broken: The customer is ready on Tuesday. The quote reaches him on Friday.

Built: Your pricing rules written down once, then applied automatically. The estimate goes out while he is still interested.

  4. Book

Broken: Three messages back and forth to find a time.

Built: He picks a slot himself. The job lands in your calendar and your CRM at the same moment.

How working together goes

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes, free. You tell me where leads are going cold, or what your team keeps redoing by hand every week. I tell you what I would build and what it costs.

  2. 02

    Build

I build the site, the ads account, and the automation. Live in 30 days from the day your last file reaches me. You watch it go up, you do not wait for a reveal.

  3. 03

    Run

I run the ads account, watch the automation, reconnect logins when they expire, and fix anything that breaks in what I built. New features, and changes to how the system works, are quoted separately. Month to month after the first three.

What it costs

One build fee, then a monthly to run it. No packages, no tiers, no hourly billing.

$1,000 to build

$500 a month to run it

First three clients only. Three month minimum on the monthly.

Three at this price, then it goes to list. I am one person and 30 days means 30 days.

$2,500 to build

$800 a month to run it

What this costs after the first three.

What the build includes

  • A website built from scratch, not a template
  • A Google Ads account built and structured from zero
  • One automation that runs from lead capture to a booked job
  • Live in 30 days from the day your last file reaches me
  • Two rounds of revisions, one list each

What you pay for directly

Your domain, your website platform, your ad spend, and the hosting the automation runs on. All in your name, on your card. I never bill you for software and I never mark up ad spend.

The build is yours once it is paid for. The monthly is for the part that does not sit still. A Google Ads account needs someone in it every week or it quietly pays more for less. Logins expire. The platforms you depend on change things on their own schedule. I watch all of it and fix it before you notice.

Twelve month warranty. If something I built stops working the way it was built, I fix it free. Changes, new features, and anything a third party breaks on their end are quoted separately. I do not guarantee advertising results, and nobody honest does.

Two systems, built and running

The diagrams are the real shape of each build. Client data stays out of them.

Intake form Pricing rules AI estimate Quote sent Booking Jobber CRM No duplicates

ADM Home Services

Lead to booked job, home services company, Atlanta

Leads waited on a person to price them, and the good ones went cold before the quote went out.

An intake to booking system. The customer describes the job, more than 60 service pricing rules set the price, an AI step drafts the estimate, the quote goes out, and the booking is handed to the CRM through its GraphQL API. Duplicates are blocked, two requests arriving at the same moment cannot collide, and cancellations map back cleanly. First built in Zapier, then rebuilt in n8n for reliability.

Alita Construction Services

Google Ads account built from scratch, multi-state general contractor

There was no ads account, and the website's form tracking counted failed submissions as wins.

The full campaign structure built from zero, call conversion tracking, negative keyword management, and video assets. Then a fix for form conversion tracking that was counting failed submissions as wins.

Renz Rodney Ramido

Who you are hiring

I am Renz Rodney Ramido. RIV is me, and that is on purpose. You talk to the person who builds the thing. Nothing is handed to a junior and nothing is lost between a salesperson and a developer.

I work remotely with clients across the United States, on hours that overlap the American working day. A broken automation gets looked at the same morning you notice it.

I designed and built this site myself with AI-assisted development, which is the same way I build everything else. Every decision on this page is one I can explain.

Tell me what is broken.

Describe it in your own words. You do not need to know what the fix is called. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so.
